Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards

All Things Fun

Last updated: 1 October 2023

Our commitment

All Things Fun has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and to preventing our app from being used to create, store, distribute, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

For the purposes of these standards, a "minor" or "child" is any person under the age of 18.

Scope

All Things Fun allows users to interact in several ways, including posting content (such as text, photos, and video), sending direct messages to one another, and leaving comments and reviews. These standards apply to all of these features and to all users of the app.

Prohibited conduct and content

The following are strictly prohibited on All Things Fun. Users may not create, upload, share, send, request, solicit, or link to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, video, audio, text, or AI-generated or computer-generated depictions.
  • Content that sexualizes minors, including sexually suggestive content involving or appearing to involve a minor.
  • Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity or to obtain sexual content from a minor, including through direct messages or comments.
  • Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Any content or behavior that normalizes, promotes, or provides instruction in the sexual abuse of children.

Reporting

Users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior at any time using the in-app report option available on posts, messages, comments, and user profiles. Reports can also be sent directly to us at shreyp@allthingsfun.in.

All reports are reviewed, and we encourage users to report any concern even if they are unsure.

Our response

When we identify or receive a report of CSAE content or conduct, we will:

  • Remove the offending content as quickly as possible.
  • Suspend or permanently ban the responsible account(s).
  • Preserve relevant data as required by law.
  • Report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal of India (cybercrime.gov.in) and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate.
