Meet-up Details - 

Join us for a discussion on

Hidden Grief which will be led by Dimple Singh, She’s a clinical psychologist and has four years of experience as a relationship counsellor. She is also a trauma-focused and nature therapist.

Event flow - 

• First 15 mins: icebreakers, getting to know each other.
• 40-45 mins: we’ll be doing activities, sharing circles, and exploring oneself. 
• 20 mins: Mindfulness exercises. 
• Last 10 mins: wrapping up, sharing our reflections, etc. 

Things to Carry - 

• Food/snacks for yourself. 
• A mat or bedsheet to sit on.
