About the hosts
Earthy Grains is born out of our passion for the traditional grains of India. Our artisan micro-bakery is on a mission to bring back ancient Indian grains like Emmer (Khapli), Pearl Millet (Bajra), Jowar, Ragi and many more back into the mainstream.
We pride ourselves in producing small batch slow-fermented bread made with the best of Organic ingredients.
Earthy Grains is run by Priyanka Sirohi. Priyanka learned the craft of baking sourdough bread from The School of Artisan Food, Nottinghamshire, UK. While working as a baker at a cafe in New Zealand she explored the local Farmers Markets for various varieties of Sourdough bread.

I enrolled my 7 year old daughter for the class. It was a great experience for her. Kudos to the facilitator Tanvi and the ATF team.
Host and other participants were great. I went there alone and didn’t feel left out even for a second.
This was legit at a bakery production.Fully hands-on. Everything from aprons, hair caps,recipe hook, measuring scales to ingredients were provided.No corners were cut. High quality ingredients like French cream were provided which resulted in top quality cakes.It was a fun filled workshop.The Basque cheesecake came out so good. Couldn't believe I made it. We are also treated to some freshly baked sweet and savoury goods.You get to take everything that you make. We made Basque cheesecake, no bake blueberry cheesecake and a cookie. The only downside was that incorrect Google maps location was shared.
