Meet-up Details - 

Join us for a discussion on Interpersonal Relationship and Conflict which will be led by Vaishali, She’s a clinical psychologist with two years of experience of specialising in substance abuse.  

Event flow - 

  • First 15 mins: Icebreakers, getting to know each other.
  • 40-45 mins: We’ll be doing activities, sharing circles, and exploring oneself. 
  • 20 mins: Working on coping skills and emotional regulation. 
  • Last 10 mins: Wrapping up, sharing our reflections, etc. 

Things to Carry:

  • A mat or bedsheet to sit on
