Sunday - 11 AM at Pret a Manger, Khan Market

What to expect?

We are meeting for a sharing circle where we connect and talk about our day, our week, our feelings, and our mood in a group setting facilitated by a psychologist.

Event Flow

First 15 mins: Icebreakers, getting to know each other.

40-45 mins: we have open Sharing Circle & exploring oneself for the day.

In the end we have a group activity to do like journaling, grounding activity and meditation.

The place for the screening was amazing. The atmosphere was excellent and obviously the screen was damn good. Only thing is that you can add the meal things in the registration next time. Increase the price for the registration and add food options in that.
