Meet-up Details - 

 

Delhi
Saturdays: Blue Tokai, Shahpur Jat, Panchsheel Park at 4 PM
Sundays:

Blue Tokai, Shahpur Jat, Panchsheel Park at 4 PM

Gurugram
Saturdays: Blue Tokai, Golf Course Road, Palm Springs Plaza at 4 PM 
Sunday:  Blue Tokai, Golf Course Road, Palm Springs Plaza at 4 PM 


The meet-ups will be led by our team of psychologists. 
Age limit: 18+


Event flow - 

  • First 15 mins: Icebreakers, getting to know each other.
  • 40-45 mins: We’ll be doing activities, sharing circles, and exploring oneself. 
  • 20 mins: Working on coping skills and emotional regulation. 
  • Last 10 mins: Wrapping up


Walk-ins are welcome! You can pay on the spot for a one-time meet-up or subscribe to our monthly subscription.
